Parc Fermé Middle East – Exotic and Classic Car Storage

“Parc Fermé”  literally meaning “closed park” in French, is a secure area at a motor racing facility wherein the cars are driven back to the pits post- and sometimes pre-race. For example, the area must be sufficiently large and secure so as to prevent unauthorised access to the cars.

Parc Fermé is a unique car storage facility based in Dubai Investments Park set over 16,000 square feet of space. They kindly invited me to see what they do and grab any photo opportunities that arose.

The facility is fully air-conditioned and dust controlled and offers a variety of services.

The facility is split into 3 distinct areas, for storage, display and the workshop team. The on-site workshop has access and contacts to manufacturers to enable a total all in one care service for your car. They’ll even come and pick your car up on a flatbed.

They offer 3 different types of packages for car storage depending on the owners needs and have contracts varying for short term or long term duration. The 3 packages are Platinum, Premium and Standard.

Space for the car varies according to package, as well as insurance coverage, car washes, battery charging, enclosed car protection bubble.

All packages have a monthly vehicle report sent to you along with pictures for total peace of mind that your car is in good hands.

Certainly given the climate and limited storage space at home this is a sound investment for any serious classic or exotic car collector or driver.
